I prefer the classic Satay with the skewers on. Getting my fingers messy is the fun side of eating Satay! Those buns look amazing and I usually make them at home, since that happens to be my especialty. In fact, no one in my family makes them because of the effort that it takes to prepare them. Besides, it is a great way to feed many people and they are wonderful when there is beer alongside. By the way, I am going to Laos from the 7th of February until the 21st. I am extremely excited since it will be the ideal moment for me to visit the south of the country. I am glad that everything seems to be working nicely in the restaurant, which it is not very difficult with those astonishing recipes such as the ones listed before.
