<description>Hola Pan, it is always nice to hear from you.

You make Buns at home! great!

I have a bread machine at home which makes the mornings smell like a bakery! Lovely!.

I love steamed Buns, I remember buying then from Street Hawkers in VTE. Tasted great.

I am sure that you will have a wonderful time in Laos. I am planning on heading there later this year.

You´ll gain kilos with all that lovely food available. I feasted on Laotian Baguettes and Pho everyday, and that was just for breakfast!

<description>Hello there! I prefer the classic Satay with the skewers on. Getting my fingers messy is the fun side of eating Satay!

Those buns look amazing and I usually make them at home, since that happens to be my especialty. In fact, no one in my family makes them because of the effort that it takes to prepare them. Besides, it is a great way to feed many people and they are wonderful when there is beer alongside.

By the way, I am going to Laos from the 7th of February until the 21st. I am extremely excited since it will be the ideal moment for me to visit the south of the country.

I am glad that everything seems to be working nicely in the restaurant, which it is not very difficult with those astonishing recipes such as the ones listed before. There maybe a Michelin star knocking on your door...

Cheers,
