Phaitoon, known as Toon is from Laos and formally worked at The Lao Plaza.
Below, Toon working on some “Sugar Babies”
The Sugar Babies are made out of coloured Almond Paste and were used for decoration a “Batism Cake”
Below is some of Toon´s work with Fruits.
You can see that its takes a lot of patience and practice to be able to carve out such an outstanding display of craftsmanship.
