Khamsene, known as Sen is from Vientiane and a proud father of 3 young boys. Formally from the Lao Plaza hotel, Sen is the “Lung” of the Asiatic household. An ardent cook, Sen specialises in Traditional Cuisine and has adopted our New Laotian Style with gusto.

Perhaps one of the most quiet and gentle of the group, his established skill and knowhow is a Well of Knowledge for us all.
