Standing with Giants

 
 

Recently I have had the pleasure of meeting some of Japan´s and France´s greatest Chefs. It was an honour for me to participate in an “Open Kitchen” event, where the kitchens were at the disposal of some of the worlds foremost masters in cuisine.
